- CALIFORNIA SALES NOTICE: Due to upcoming California regulations, orders shipping to California are limited to approved wholesale accounts only. Retail orders cannot be accepted.

- Shipping is a flat rate $9.99 per order regardless of order size. Insurance must be purchased by the purchaser if coverage against damage or loss by third party carriers is desired. UnBrandedAR assumes no liability for shipments once they leave our dock unless insurance is purchased with orders.

- Although UnBrandedAR never pre-sells product it doesn’t have and strives to ship orders the same day they are received, due to high order volumes, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Note: Our offices are closed from 12/34-1/1/23. Orders will resume shipping 1/2/23. Please expect extended shipping times following the Holiday Season.
For orders with custom engraving, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to ship. Custom engraving added to one part of your order will delay shipment of your entire order. A best practice if you want some parts engraved and others shipped without engraving, is to place two orders: one for your non-engraved parts, and the other for your engraved parts. This will ensure that your non-engraved parts ship within a 3-5 day window.
Please note that order which include FFL transfer requirements and non FFL regulated parts will all ship to the FFL selected. If you would like your non FFL required parts to ship directly to you, please place two separate orders.

Unbranded AR does not allow sales to:

- Massachusetts
- Washington D.C
Notice to Virginia Customers, FFLs, and Dealers
We are pleased to resume shipping firearms to our Virginia customers following the recent permanent injunction affecting firearm transfers.
While we are excited to serve Virginia once again, we recognize that future legislative or legal changes could impact pending orders. To ensure transparency, please review the following policies should new firearm restrictions be enacted after an order is placed:
- Orders Not Yet Shipped: Any firearm or regulated item that has not shipped will be canceled and refunded in full.
- Orders Delivered to an FFL or Dealer: Firearms that have been successfully delivered to an FFL or dealer but cannot be transferred to the purchaser due to changes in applicable law may be returned for a refund. The refund amount will be less the cost of return shipping to our facility.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If a firearm shipment is lost or delayed in transit during a legal or regulatory change, a refund cannot be issued until the carrier completes its investigation and the shipment is located or officially declared lost.
